Years ago, someone put together a listing of all the bathrooms at "The Happiest Place on Earth", Disneyland. This guide, called the Happiest Potties on Earth, was blogged about on parenting and pregnancy sites. I do not know what the current location of this site is, but I thought it might be useful to have something similar for Adventureland. I cannot vouch for the accuracy of all the information here (i.e., women's restrooms), but here is a starter list. Please send me any updates or corrections. I am told women may appreciate knowing which restrooms have the most stalls (shortest lines) and sanitary napkin dispensers.

Here is a list of all the restrooms inside Adventureland. This page will note the number of sinks, stalls, baby changing stations and gender-specific items like and type of urinals in the men's room or if there is a sanitary napkin dispenser in the women's rooms.

If you are looking for the best restrooms, try the ones inside the Main Street Arcade. They are the newest and nicest. The ones inside Iowa Cafe are also pretty good.

For men's rooms, the urinals normally have a separator wall between them, unless otherwise noted ("non separated" and "pee trough").

Restrooms

Inside entrance near right train station tunnel.
1. Men's: 3 sinks, 2 stalls, pee trough, changing station.
2. Women's: 3 sinks, 4 stalls, changing station, sanitary napkins.
Near Giant Sky Wheel.
1. Men's: 3 sinks, 3 stalls, 3 urinals (non separated), changing station.
2. Women's: 3 sinks, 10 stalls, changing station.
Between Ladybug and Lady Luck.
1. Men's: 4 sinks, 3 stalls, pee trough, changing station.
2. Women's: 4 sinks, 5 stalls, changing station, sanitary napkins.
Between Lighthouse and Golden Nugget Shooting Gallery.
1. Men's: 3 sinks, 3 stalls, 3 urinals (non separated), changing station.
2. Women's: 3 sinks, 5 stalls, changing station, sanitary napkins.
In Outlaw Gulch in the Mercantile building.

2. Women's: 3 sinks, 4 stalls, changing station, sanitary napkins.
Behind the Iowa Beer and Wine Shop near the Storm Chaser.

2. Women's: 6 sinks, 9 stalls, changing station, sanitary napkins.
At the end of Main Street going right towards the Space Shot.

Inside Main Street Arcade.

Inside Palace Theater are restrooms, but this location is usually closed for private events.
