Lady Luck is a roulette wheel-themed spinning ride located in River City. According to a newspaper ad, it opened on August 16, 1974.
It was upgraded with a color-changing LED lighting package in 2018.

The roulette wheel theme is supposed to tie in to the riverboat casinos that would have sailed near river towns.
