About the Area Info Box |
According to the Adventureland website, the County Fair area was added in 1979. It is home to the Tornado wooden roller coaster and a variety of carnival style games.
According to the park, it is the most popular games area in the park (at least in 2007). In many years, Sea Challenge would be the most played game in the park, but depending on the prizes, other games with higher capacity could outpace it. The specific examples given were Derby Downs and Center Ring. Derby has more guns (so more people can play) and Rings can have as many people playing as can fit around the booth.
