Although the parking lot is very large, during peak days (most notably around mid-July), the lot will fill up and Adventureland will park cars on the grass, beyond the Adventureland sign, and even in the RV campground next door. Imagine how long the lines are inside the park on the days! Changing your trip by a week in either direction will have a drastic impact on how long you wait for rides, and how far away you have to park :)

About the Area Info Box

Parking Lot opened in 1974. I will try to label the drawing with the lot numbers so you can see which ones are the closest walk to the Ticket Booths, or easiest to get out of at the end of a busy day.

In early years of the park, there was a tram that took guests from the parking lot to the entrance. Today, Molly the Trolley carries guests between the park, hotel and campground.
