Mini Donuts is a food location at the corner of River City across from Lady Luck. It opened in 1998, replacing a tiny Corner Arcade formerly at this location. It has a machine in the window that makes mini donuts as you order them. Apparently, it was known as "State Fair Mini-Donuts" when it first opened.
