Mini Donuts is located at the corner of River City across from Lady Luck. It has a machine in the window that makes mini donuts as you order them. It opened in 1998, replacing a tiny Corner Arcade formerly at this location. Apparently, it was known as "State Fair Mini-Donuts" when it first opened.
